Artists

We don’t sell art supplies.

We do sell art and much much more.

Are you an artist interested in showing us your work?

We’d love to see it.  Learn more about working with us below:

Rolling Submissions

Fill out the form below. We review submissions twice a year and we’ll reach out if we’re interested in your work!

Open Calls

Sign up for our mailing list or follow us on social media to see when we put out a call for something specific. We also post our opportunities on the blog.

Representation

We don’t represent any artists. You’re free to sell your work to whomever you like, whenever you like! We pull from our lists and networks for each project that we do to try to find the right fit.

What kind of art do you sell?

The answer is all kinds. Our art curating is dependent upon the project. We most often place art that hangs on walls. But we’ve also sold sculptural objects, artist-designed furniture and lighting, video pieces, and more. So send us your stuff!

Should my art be framed?

If you’re creating work that needs a frame, it’s best that you leave that to us. Our art curating process involves making a space feel cohesive, and a part of that includes creating consistency with frames. So don’t worry about it!

Do you take a commission?

For most of our art curating projects, we do not take any commission on sales. We might ask you to consider giving a discount to help us meet the project budget. But the whole payment goes straight to the artist.

Will I hear back from you?

We’ll reach out if we think your work will fit into a project we’re currently working on. So make sure your submission includes your contact information.

If I don’t hear back, can I apply again?

Yes, you can apply again. You can apply up to twice a year either in rolling submissions or during an open call. We’d like for you to apply each time with different images if possible.

Artists We’ve Worked With:

Portrait of artist Seth Ledonne

“For most artists, creativity comes naturally. What’s tricky, especially early in your career is finding opportunities to get your work out there. The Art Supply Co. is really good at envisioning what an artist can do to help a client tell their story through art. As an artist these projects were not only fun, but I felt like my work was being fully understood and valued.”

“The Art Supply Co. is communicative, quick, and easy to work with. Not only have my collaborations with TASC provided me an additional revenue stream for my creative practice, but they have also helped me grow as an artist. Through the professional opportunities I’ve embarked on with them, I know how to present myself and my work to a diverse audience, which in turn has evolved into a vast network of patrons which continues to grow today.”

Portrait of artist Ali Karsh

“Through my experiences with The Art Supply Co. I have been given space to stretch, grow, and try new things within my art practice.”

“Being able to work with The Art Supply Co. has helped shape me into becoming a more confident artist in Pittsburgh. I’ve been able to network with individuals and companies that I may not have had the chance to on my own. It’s allowed me the chance to learn skills to make me a more dynamic individual working within this field.”
